AM I THE ONLY ONE WITH HCV & CRYOGLOBUMENIA?

I was wondering if there is anyone that can share their experiences suffering from this too.  I am afraid to do too much research, and afraid not to.  My GI wants me to go to a hepatologist, but I dont know how that is going to happen yet.  From the research I have done has kept me awake at nite.  Just hoping for some reasurrance from somewhere. I am a 1a awaiting my 24wk PCR.  12 wk PCR was 1100.

Hi Donnie,

There are peeps here with cryo and there have been many threads discussing it. I believe Myown, and MissMiss had been part of some very informative ones. Just search for cryo here and you will see that it is common to test positive for cryo as well as RA.

I think my RA factor was around 60 and I tested positive for Cryo as well. In the expert forum I asked Dr. D and he just said, "yup, all caused by hep c and to just get treating, get pain meds if necessary."

I know that many get rid of the cryo by treating, so you are probably on your way as well.
