I ask cause when I finish week 48 telaprevir will  be coming out. I'm gonna keep till week 48 or 54 cause already in week 15 and have small symtpoms like tiredness and that it. My blood work is down but in range down and maintain there. So decide that even is chances are low if I have a chance to go for it and if it doesn't work telaprevir will be coming out. Maybe I'll go to week 60. I know better meds are coming out but already into this and even though my chances are low what if I clear it with this low chance I'm done with it. I just want to get this over. There has to be people that cleared at week 24 and SVR at 54 weeks.

your odds are not good if you don't want to extend to 72 like we did then you should stop now and restart using more meds or different meds later.

Even with 72 weeks your odds aren't so hot. I think that this has been said many many many times before now.

Yes, there have been some here who did clear after not being UND at 12 weeks.  I am not one of them.  One I can think of now, radically adjusted her treatment.  Her HGB was not dropping much and that was a sign that the ribavirin was not adequate for her.  She increased the riba significantly and did clear.  There have been others but fishdoc is the one I am thinking of.

I had a viral load of 40 at week 12 and was clear by sensitive test at week 20.  I treated 56 weeks and did not clear.
