My cat is doing better today. I gave him tuna. Mike
Thanks for the encouragement. I emailed you. I start tomorrow.
I really appreciate the support!
I think you might be referring to the fact that I posted on the wrong side...sorry if I can't always get it straight, I thought I was on the other side...
It takes a while to get used to it and since you're new here I won't hold it against you. But, my cat really does love tuna and I wanted you to know. Be well, Mike
Nothing like a good cat thread. A perfect venue cattiness ....
Does he poop outside or use a littler box ?
Sorry. My bad.
We will now return you to your regularly scheduled programming.
My cat has an enlarged bowel. I give him 6 cc of Lactulose a day. He poops outside. Lucky me.
I got him the litter robot so he poops there. He loves it and it looks great too. Here is a video if you want to learn more about it.

since we are on the subject of cats i wanted to add on a sadder note we had to have our beloved cat of 15 yrs put down sunday night. we loved that cat like one of the family. unlike people pets never hurt you. skippy will be missed. sorry to use up the space on this side but since it was alreay here i figured i had to post.
PS, i know that some people don't like cats but as any cat lover knows all cats have their own personality and make great pets. skippy was unique in that he was a retreiver, you could throw something and he would bring it back and drop it in front of you and wait until you throw it again. also his whiskers were the longest i have ever seen on a cat, about 6 inches!
That's pretty cool. When it's full you have something to feed the dog.
I have a big field behind the house. I've never seen my cat take a poop. Have no idea where he poops. I don't even know IF he poops.
I like the idea that the video claims that the clumps are "gently" sifted from the clean litter box. That's important because clumps feel pain.
I am sorry about your cat. Until I got this cat I never cared much for them and I live on a farm and I have had as many as 30 living in my barn at one point. This one had gotten to me though and it would pain me to lose him. My sympathies, Mike
Of course we are all getting silly, but I do want to wish you the very best!! I hope you sail through tx and svr.
Take care
I'm also very sorry to hear about your cat. I never had a cat, always dogs. I know that our pets do become part of our family and its horrible when we lose them.
The memories and pictures help get us through.
My sincere sympathy.
well, since this thread is in the wrong place, at least it's been good...
Barbtj: so tomorrow huh? please let us know how youre faring...you'll be great...lots of people from Florida on this board...
Copyman: When my little doggie companion of many years, Sweetie, died a while back, a good friend on here told me in a post....everlasting peace to all sentient beings...it helped a lot...it'll take a little while, but soon everytime you think of her it'll be with a smile...
FlMan: he he... that shite is making you funnier and funnier...hope youre doing well and staying out of the heat, and whatever crazy weather you have there...
My Own: Hey Woman! always good to see you and your funny posts...
Hey Foresee,
Good to see you too!! I hope all is well!

Have you noticed you can't find shorts that are actually short anymore?
Pro
No, I don't wear shorts. But, if what you say is true I believe in time the fashion pendulum will swing back and the shorts will be short again. Now that I think about it maybe the demographics insist in longer shorts. Purple veins and shinny thighs are probably better left covered. Not that I have those. I just hate shorts. Thanks for bringing this to my attention. Mike
I almost thought it could be somehow tied into the reason Jim quickens his pace when passing any pizza shop.
Pro
Actually if memory serves, Jim's quick pace was do to the pizza industry suppressing all basil studies for years.
I find the shorts with boxers approach keeps the family jewels nicely ventilated, reducing the incidence of uncomely rashes and funk. Thanks for the great thread.
Of course you are absolutely right goofday. I believe mike spoke of this as well, when he maentioned said " fashion pendulum will swing back"
He must wear very bag pants...
Pro
I hate underwear too and only wear it when I am wearing a suit or a very fancy pair of slacks. Jeans, chinos, courds and the like don't call for anything underneath and that's what I call real ventilation. Mike
