Procrit side effecs

I am in week 21 and my hemoglobin dropped so I am back on procrit. The last time I was on it was also the last month on the Incevik. I am sure most of us can agree that that last month is awful! So I couldn't separate out the sides of the procrit, but I find it to cause some awful nausea and joint aches. Anyone else having this? Also, I have had four ocular migraines while on tx vs 2 my whole life and I am 54! Weird.

Good news is only 3 weeks left!

Hope everyone had a good thanksgiving and that you enjoyed your turkey as much as I enjoyed my thanksgiving jello! :)

I use Zofran for nausea and it works well.  I needed it frquently while on 3x therapy, but still need it occasionally on SOC.  If the nausea becomes too bothersome the zofran is great.  I never realized how debilitating nausea can be until 3x treatment.  Procrit is a treatment saver for me.

Best of luck to you! For some reason I am getting very nauseous on the procrit unless it is from the drop in my hemoglobin?

I was totally unprepared for that last month on incevik.  I take procrit regularly and can't say the sx bother me or if I notice any.  I do from neupogin.  There are side effects but much like ones felt from riba or peg.  Just a short time for you till the end.  I have 6 more weeks myself.  On and off procrit and neupogin depending on my labs.
