HIV , HEP C AND B NEGATIVE

I had a medical check in  hospital last week for my yearly check up..it is requiremetn from our company.. i was in the chair while waiting for my result and before i sit the chair i check using my hand maybe some people put some needle or some sharp thing in the chair before i leave the chair i check again but theres no shapr thing in chair...when i got home i notice some small wounds in my arm (small, red) so i got paniced maybe i got this thing in needle in the hospital//when i check gain the wound is not actively bleeding it is like...i double check my back use the napkin but theres no visible blood in the tissue..

im paranoid maybe i got puncture by needle in the hospital..can you help me to my problem..

I will be put on High Risk Low Risk? do i require testing again?

Thank you for your quick response.

Im thinking that i got puncture because i found like small dot red but it is like dry wound in my arms thats why im worried..
