Thanks for the replies and the info on the links. It turns out I had some defective screws on some of the syringes and meds were leaking out so not getting full doses.
I did end up bringing my last injection to my Dr. who confirmed it wasn't the user but the product as the same thing happened when she watched me take the injection.
Finally something isn't my fault Maybe I should get it in writing to give to my kids LOL!
I do not hear Procrit doses being described in mL so maybe someone else can tell you which vial/color and the unit equivalent. Or you can scroll all the down on this page and check the section that says, "HOW SUPPLIED/STORAGE AND HANDLING"

The monster gauge needle is to extract the solution from the vial. Then you remove that and attach the 30 gauge needle. The syringes are all the same size the difference is how much is in the vial. I started out on 40K per week and increased a few weeks after that. The vials came in a multi-dose pack of four. I ended up using the green (or 20,000 units/ 1 mL) and the ten which was the same size vial but it came in a red box (10,000 units) which I think was red.
I strongly encourage you to call your doctor's office and make arrangements for a short training session. It shouldn't take more than 15 minutes. I was freaked when I received from first dose of Epo and the needles. I figured it out by the product insert and a guy on youtube. I confirmed I was doing it right on my next appointment.
Here is a short youtube that helped me until I fully understood what I was doing
