Hep B HEP B VIRAL DNA, QN

Hi,

This is about my friend. He has been diagnose with the following:-
hep b surface antigen ------- positive
hep b (e) antigen   --------- negative
hep b (e) surface antibody ------ positive.
hep c                   --------- negative

But however the value for HEP B VIRAL DNA, QN is 109000 IU/mL.

1.So my questions are can hep (e) antibody come from vaccination or it comes only after u have recovered an active infection.

2. what does such a high value of HEP B VIRAL DNA, QN mean? I have a doctors appontment 15 days from now, but I am just curious want to know befor hand.
