Liver Biopsy.... Help please

I had a liver biopsy preformed. This is what the results were.
Sections show hepatic parenchyma with preserved architecture. Some of the portal triads contain a mild lymphocytic infiltrate which is confined to the portal triads. Glycogenation of nuclei is present and there is focal lipofuscin pigment. No steatosis is present.
This is the report that the doctor mailed to me. We have an appt. with him in about a week. Any info about this or maybe questions that need to be asked to my doctor, would be greatly appreciated. My liver is enlarged (enlarged then about 6 months later they said severely enlarged). Blood work has been coming out ok. Thanks for any help.
