How do you spend your days?  Are up up and active or do you cozy-up with a remote control and chill on the couch with soaps, games shows and cooking shows?  My belief is that existence on treatment is a battle against the treatment and not a war against HCV itself.  Routine daily activity and purposeful existence exercising the body and the mind is important to making it through treatment intact.  Don't give in to treatment, get out there and meet life.

Yes of course mention it to your nurse.  I know that some of us have had numb fingertips and things like that so I would imagine it is possible to have more general numbness.  I agree with FLGuy and perhaps even walking might make a difference (not that I'm sure you don't feel like doing that on treatment).

I hope this clears and you feel well (as well as can be on tx) soon.

I had some neuopathy at the end of my treatment but that was more like finger tips and toes -- not the legs.  It is important like FL said to stay active -- what is it that commerical says - "a body at rest stays at rest, a body in motion stays in motion."  Motion is better.  I encourage short walks at least - I had pretty good habits going into tx - walked 2x a week - but really wore out and didn't walk much the last few months of treatment.

Do tell your nurse about it like ny said. Leg cramps were always a big issue when I was treating.
