Got approved for procrit!

They said yes to neupogen too! Forgot to go to mailbox yesterday! The letter was there! I'm sending thank you notes to ins co.
Now I have something new to fret about.... How to take these Rx. Haha! SO relieved. Karen :)

Congratulations! All your persistence and efforts have payed off.
Now you have more tools in your arsenal so your can more easily complete treatment and achieve that brass ring, SVR. Which are are well your way to.

With the numbers you have had, if you didn't qualify for helper meds then who does? But you toughed it out , using dosage reductions and and transfusions to hang tough through it all.

I like your "by any means available" I am gonna win attitude.

I suspect they have realized the helper drugs are less expensive then transfusions. Congrats on finally getting what you need karen. Nice that you are so forgiving after they jeopardized your health and your treatment.
