Well , cando man , I came up with this name based on an email I got from a friend. The story is someone's little girl brought home this book where on this planet the mean ruler forced every one to assume new names based on certain letters placement in their first & last name. So mine came out to be Loopy Wafflehead another friend of mine's name ended up being Poopsie Cootielips. What a riot.

I think can do man came by his name in a similar manner.  He was compelled to create a moniker based on a Sammy Davis Jr. song. CDM was almost to be known as Sweet Gingerbread Man

I just wrote nygirl because I am from NY and couldn't wait to post so didn't come up with a more original name like I usually would. I didn't care much I ws so anxious to get in and so hello.

The first forum I joined was a flashlight board so I picked sunspot as that is how bright I want a flashlight to be. I do have some really bright ones but not to the level of a sunspot. The quest continues. You can find me on gun, phones, cars, knives, flashlight and satellite forums as sunspot.

cuteus is short for cuteusbelleus, Belle been my deceased ferret's name, and of course she was cute! the 'us' is the 'latin' version of the names, per Coyote/road runner cartoons. anyone with skype can find me by that name.

I picked oh great, because it is what I say when I hear bad news.  And last 4 months I have heard a ton of bad news, from my girlfriend going into treatment to me having Hep C.  But hopefully I can swing it around the other way and say it positively and upbeat.. like "OH! [thats..] Great!! [news...]"  :)

Algernon was a mouse in a study.  The experiment turned him into a very smart mouse but then he started becoming less and less and less smart/very stupid.  When I created my name, I was feeling major brain fog--like little Algie.  I won't tell you how the book turned out (if you haven't read Flowers for Algernon) but let's just say I'm more optimistic about my outcome (SVR or not).

They say that most of us with die with HepC not because of it.  Falling out of a tree with HepC would be one way...

There's a scene of some old rocker doing it...or at least Kieth used to, maybe he doesn/t need to anymore...although you wouldn't think so if he's falling out of trees...

my name's kinda corny but I guess it's grown on me...I just wanted a positive name once I got diagnosed...
