Low platelet count
My SGPT is 86 and as per Ultrasound report, liver is diagonised as Grade-I fatty liver. My platelet count has been gradullay reducing from 224 (before one year) to 140 today. Is there any relation between high SGPT annd alsod low platelet count? And also I consume less quantity of water and less fruits.
