Week 9

Hi everyone,
I'm going into week 9 triple therapy:interferon, riba and Victrelis. I have had a few weeks of constant nausea, vomitting and a desire to stop treatment  because the sides are so "bad". But ,this morning I woke up feeling "fairly" well! No nausea or queasiness. Anybody else had the experience and will it last?

I won't start the VIC until 9/23 but I understand Imodium helps with those issues.  What was your lead in PCR and your 8 week PCR?

I started feel ing like crud for about a day or so after my shot. I really am not having any problems w a 5 day work week. Sure i'm tired n achy. I'd rather be in bed. But the SE seem to come in spurts. Headache a couple of times. Nausea w morning meds. Itchy at bedtime. Sometimes I cry like a baby n have a pity party. Other days I turn on music n dance or do yoga.  Injection 10 this Friday! We're doing it!! Xo Karen :)

Hi.  Was it worse before or after your added VIC??  I am on my 2nd week of RIBA and INT, and I start VIC in 3 weeks.  Glad you are feeling better and hope it stays that way!
