Sx come and go on Tx, and everyone has a different experience.   Would think the only cause for concern would be if the were continual or became more painful.   Did the Sovd/Riba and not the interferon so headaches were not prevalent.
Lynn is correct that Tylenol is OK to take in recommended dosages, but you may want to clear it with your Dr for your own piece of mind.  Stress also can cause headaches so try to get out and do some brisk walking.  Many have also gone the meditation route with positive outcomes.
Please know we are all pulling for you to help get you thru unexpected Sx.
You've initiated Tx, and am now on your way to better health.   Good luck with Tx, and hope for few bothersome sides.
Take care

It is probably from the interferon shot. I didn't get any, but it is a possible  Sx. It should go away in a few days. Keep up with your water, and keep eating too. Take it easy. Good luck. One day, one side effect at a time, you can do this!

Tylenol is fine just don't exceed the recommended dosage as long as your doctor ok's the use

Good luck on treatment
