what symptoms does muscle pain in the left side of your chest include i have  discomfort in my left side of my chest i have been told its musclular its aminly  across my chest back  under my armpits and feel like im getting tingling feeling in my fingers it starting to make me feel horrid i dont smoke  or drink a lot  it feels more uncomfortable when i breathe out it feels like someones sitting on the top of my ribs if iget stressed it make s it worse

If you were told by a DR. that your symptoms are caused by something muscular I would guess it may be ...ah...muscular.
