cramping hands&feet

I just found out 2 months ago i have hepC/cirrohsis ,I had been expercing cramps in my hands derring the holidays but i figerded I was just overworking them because I'm a Cosmetolgist,& did alot of hair & nails over the thanksgiving/New Years rush now I have had 2 take a medical leave because of the progression of my illness,but the cramping is still server is this another symptom of the hepC/cirr. because i havent been put on any diareats yet?
