does I have Hepatitis B or not ?

hi doctor,
I did a bood test & the result was that:
Hepatitis B core (HBc) Total   = postitve
Hepatitis B surface (HBs) Abs = positve 100 mlU/ml
hepatitis B surface (HBs) Ag   =  Negative

I'm asking did I have an infection now or is there a possibilty that I may have the infection in the future & can I transmitt the disease to other people or not .
