Can I eat any chocolate or dark coca chocolate?

My husband's nurse actually recommended it in small portions (dark chocolate) to help with nausea during treatment.

NOW I understand why they called 'em 'peep shows'...

Now this is gettn roMANtic..i have yet to try the chocolate covered peeps,with a gigantic strawberry to top....i guess good food and fun go together

Peeps are marshmallow candies, sold in the US and Canada, that are shaped into chicks, bunnies, and other animals. There are also different shapes used for various holidays. Peeps are used primarily to fill Easter baskets, though recent ad campaigns tout the candy as "Peeps - Always in Season". They are made from marshmallow, sugar, gelatin, and carnauba wax.

Dark chocolate is rich in antioxdants.  I have read that consuming milk with the chocolate will interfere with your ability to absorb the antioxidants.  Most of the things I have read on the subject urge moderation - sometimes difficult to exercise when it comes to chocolate.
