elevated cpk

Hi there,i have a lab test last week and i am concerned about my elevated cpk it was 685 iu/l (40 to 170 iu/l normal)I have everyday jogging and three times a week weigt lifting.My hdl cholesterol is79.4mg/dl and my ldl cholesterol is 119mg/dl.My cpkmb test also is 20iu/l which is normal.My triglycerides is 67 mg/dl.my glucose serum is 94 mg/dl cholesterol is 211mg/dl.We have a family history of heart problems and diabetes.Can you please help about my elevated cpk.Any reply will be much appreciate it.thank you..
