Well said, brother!  Taking shot #7 today.  Also getting used to all these other meds needed to control the sides.  It takes what it takes.

Hope you feel better soon, irish.

Good luck to both of you. I am not much of a praying man (unless I get in trouble LOL) but I just said a prayer for both of you.
It was a bold choice to start before the Holidays. It sounds like both of you have good Dr.s.

Irish, keep an eye on that cold you have. With what your body is going through, it could get ugly fast.

Fret, I am a firm believer in doing whatever it takes (with in reason) to complete tx. I am over 6 month post tx and I am just now starting to wean myself off some of the meds (Xanax, Lorcet, Ambian, and Elavil). Hindsight, I should not have been so hard headed and started taking them sooner. I look at it like this, I’ll concentrate on slaying the Dragon first then concentrate on killing the Demons that helped me Slay the Dragon later.

Glad you're doing alright.  I'm right behind you, I'll be doing my 4th shot tomorrow and I got rid of my anger and I'm taking more drugs and I'm having less sx's and I may be close to happy.lol  Gotta love the good days, right?  God Bless
