For Magnum

Magnum, My husband got a chance to speak with Dr. Cami Graham who is the lead doc in the Vertex trials. She said that the reason Vertex will not release telaprevir on an IND is that the support materials for the doctors teaching them how to use the drug are not ready yet. She says that when used incorrectly patients can develop resistance and perhaps not be able to use any of that class of drugs ever again. So, I guess that is the company line and they are sticking to it.

BTW, another of the Vertex staff says that they are expecting a March approval so hang in there my friend.

I cannot remember the last time I had a drink, it's been that long.  However, I will most certainly take you up on your offer and when we SVR Vegas will be one of my stops on a trip out west.  Never stop reaching for the stars, the Dom Pérignon is on me.

Ah! It would be a great party here in Vegas. I will host it at my home. Champagne? Hmmm... that is the question.... I suppose we could cheat a little. Shhhh....
