just wondering

a week ago i went to a party my friend had some cocaine..it was in a piece of plastic bag.three of us all passed the bag around and poured it into three seperate  amounts because the one guy is hep c positive and he told us not to snort out of the same pile.. i was left with  two small lines worth in the bag..i rolled up a sticky note a put it in the bag and snorted my lines..didnt share  my snorter device we all had our own ..after i finished i licked the bag..if one of the other people touched the inside of the bag with their fingers could i still possibly get hep c..like i said earlier im the only one that put my snorter in the bag just wondering because the other peoples hands were in there too

The way you describe it the answer is no. Hep C is caused by blood to blood contact. Not through digestion. Good luck.

Oh I am sure he had a cut that was bleeding and got his blood in the coke and you got his blood into the broken vessels in your nose and you now have Hep C. Reaching? Maybe. Maybe not. I think you already know the answer to your question.

Hi, I do not want to preach but I will, Smile. You are now in the group where you have been associated with a risky behavior and could be exposed to hep c. You might have not been affected this time but believe me if you continue this behavior you will slip up and you could very well be visiting our forum daily. Please think about this hard and long. Drugs suck.

Can-do-man is correct.   You are in the clear.  Do want to say tho that its a good thing that you are aware of the danger you could perhaps put yourself in when taking risks.  Hep C and other similar viruses can be spread thru engaging in activities that are risky.  Trust me when I say this is not a disease you want to take chances getting.  Be smart, and in the future rethink the consequences which can happen.  Don't mean to sound preachy, but do not wish this on you or anyone else.   Always play it safe.
Be well
