I'm glad to here that for two reasons, you deserve to feel better if anyone does, also I'm on my last week of incevik and can't wait to finish. Going for my second shot of procrit tomorrow but I will probably stop the incevik before the procrit kicks in. Glad you feel better man. You still on the interferon and rib a right? Joe

I envy you your position in time. I'm at 5 weeks and have never been so devitalized yet still have to work (ironically in health care) each day. I hate to state this and do not mean to be hyperbolic but I can't shake off the feeling that that I'm dying. It's the relentlessness of the lethargy married to the reactive and drug induced depression. d

In many ways I am happy that my insurance would not pay for the incivek. So many people having a hard time with it. Just hoping that being geno 2 that soc will be enough. Dr. says yes. Lets hope and lets home smooth sailing for the next 6 months. Cant wait for sping. Glad to hear WD that your feeling much better you sure paid your dues to the incivek.

Billy,

Thanks for sharing, this is so good to hear! I am almost at the end of week 11. I am just counting down the days. Yesterday the NP told me I should feel 90% better when the Incivek part is over. I am still waiting on the lab results so I don't know exactly where my numbers are right now. Fingers crossed we will all feel better soon! :)

I am better without incivek but still having the shortness of breath. However, I would be in for 48 if it weren't for the incivek so I am glad it was there. You guys probably are too. Yodennis on the dying feeling; I've had that but not continuosly. There was a time before tx began that I had it almost constantly and I've had it sometimes during tx. I don't know what caused it but it my case it wasn't meds or depression. I hope you both are doing great.

Outstanding. I was hoping for a shot to hgb after Incivek and I read it in the FDA approval posted by Hector. I have 4 days left...and I think that mentally I am getting psyched to feel better and already am.Only sfx now is a crazy itching, no rash, just itching. Iam cery happy for you. Good luck on SVR...

I hate to say this but I can relate to this statment.  I don't have the depression but visions of tan -- like a tan colored liver.  Not very vitalized.  I am on the Victrelis and glad I don't have to deal with the excessive side effects of the Incevik, but nonetheless, there is a void.

That is amazing and I am glad you have posted.  The incevik really took you out and I am glad you are recovering this quickly.
