There are, there will be a few trials for people who have been past failures, also from past failures of treatments other than SOC.

I know you are aware of a large trial center near you.  Some of these treatments are very effective and have trials/trial arms for both past TX failures or for cirrhotics.

Another benefit is that they may also have your records already.  If something is offered you can always ask peoples opinions here for feedback.

I know you are a tad disenchanted with trials, but it is an option.

Hi,
I am assuming you live in the U.S. If I am correct I advise you to go to your nearest County Hospital or if you are cirrhotic to your nearest University hospital that has a liver transplant team. (I am not implying you need a transplant but in these hospitals you will find a team of liver specialists)Ask about charity care. There will be a lot of paper work to submit and it will take time, but it will be well worth your efforts. Another option is to check out the Research studies in your area.

County hospitals in major cities often have treatment programs as well.

It is time consuming and at times frustrating, but don't give up.
Many people are in your situation and with perseverance and a little luck at times, have been able to get treatment.

I wish you all the best.

You can call the number I put on your other post (PEGAssist 1-877-734-2797) or you can try and get into a trial. Find out if there are any trials in your area and see about joining one.
