Do I have HSV or HSV 2?

About 5 and 1/2 weeks ago I had 3 condom protected oral sexual encounters with CSW's over the course of 5 days. About a week after the first encounter I noticed a small pimple. Around the same time but after the appearance of the pimple I had 2 more oral and vaginal this time sexual encounters with CSW's all protected in all situations. Before these encounters I have had the same sexual parter for over a year now. No kissing at all was involved in any of these encounters.

The pimple itself lasted for about 3 weeks from this time and now presently there is a small lump underneath the skin when the pimple first appeared. It's never itched burned blistered or scabbed but after being present for some time it did begin to become slightly sore at times. It was a slight pain maybe 3-5 out of 10 on a pain scale. The pain has continued and presently is about a 3.

A small dry red patch about the size of a dime that very very slightly itched but nothing crazy appeared about a week after the pimple near the head of my penis on the opposite side.

Both are still present but the pimple is still hard to the touch and is underneath the skin with what appears to be a purpleish colored patch of scar tissue above it that is slowly fading. While patch of skin has crusted over a few times but it's definitely healing.

The pimple did has a small amount of crusting on it toward the end but not enough to call it a scab.
The pimple itself is still giving me a slight amount of pain daily on and off here and there. I also ATTACKED it with saclylic acid right away so I am concerned this may have complicated my diagnosis as well as maybe caused an infection in the area hence the hardness under the healed skin.

A skin swab was taken of the pimple testing for Herpes that came back NEGATIVE. But the test was conducted about 10 days after the initial appearance. I have also recently taken a blood test 5 weeks post from the initial possible exposure and 4 weeks from the last possible although my symptoms started before the last possible exposure. My IgG blood test came back NEGATIVE and I was informed through my test providers the test is 97-99% accurate 4-6 weeks post exposure and it will remain 99% accurate 6 weeks on from exposure.

But I have been reading on here and through other resources that this testing incubation period is not accurate. And the blood testing needs to be done much later on 12-16 weeks. Which is about 6 weeks from right now for me which feels like an eternity lol. I plan on being retested at 12 weeks but would just like some reassurance and possible updates on how accurate percentage wise my blood test was at this point.

I was prescribed clotrimazole and another bacterial infection cream that have seemed to both help. And visually so far 4 doctors have said it does not appear to HSV 2 but 1 of them did say it seemed like a 50/50 chance.

I also tested negative for HIV and syphilis during this time. Twice for syphilis 2 weeks post exposure and at 4 weeks as well. And have avoided sexual contact with my partner during this time as a precaution. Thank you! Please let me know any information regarding my situation and please flat out let me know if you think I may have HSV 1 or HSV 2 as you can imagine this has been very stressful for me.

This isn't herpes and congratulations on your protected encounters. Condoms offer excellent protection.

Thank you very much for your reply. I do appreciate it sincerely.

I am curious to know if you could maybe tell me how accurate my blood test was at about 5 weeks? How accurate the swab test was? And if you think I should get retested at 12 weeks to make sure?

Also one very small red shiny pimple has reappeared in the same spot of where the initial pimple occurred. This has happened now at least twice and the first time it when away quickly without leaving a trace. But was a little higher up on the shaft. Now a new tiny pimple sort of on top of the hard skin has appeared in the last 2 days. It does not itch or burn but that spot has given me a sort of throbbing soreness pain here and there since appearing. Thank you again.

Igg at 5 weeks is a bit more than 50%. The swab test is only accurate if the swab was done correctly. Again this doesn't sound like hsv.

I also did not mention a small amount of pus did come out of the pimple but not fluid. I squeezed it myself and a tiny amount of blood followed and around this time is when the pimple slowly began to heal. All of my treatment except my blood test was conducted in Germany just for reference.
