Worried about having acquired herpes or HIV

Hello, I am a male of 23 yrs. I had a handjob ecounter earlier this year in the month of May. A week later I developed a huge lump on my inner thigh in the groin area. I suspected it was related to irritated hair and visited  a doctor too. The doctor on inspection said that it was an infection related to hair and not herpes. He also said that it is unlikely to get initial herpes on the location where I had developed the bump. He prescribed me medication for it and it went off in around 2 - 3 weeks.
Later, I had apparently been involved in a similar exposure where I was drunk but didn't have sexual contact. The lady at the time was a bit forceful for having a sexual encounter, but I somehow managed to come off without any sexual activity only with her touching my genitals where I had a condom on. Our bare bare thighs must have been exposed (or rather rubbed) for a second or two, maybe 2-3 times but not more. I didn't develop any unusual oral or genital symptoms after that. Also both these encounters did not involve deep kissing but a simple peck if there was any mouth to mouth contact.
My main concern of worry now is that in the past two weeks or so I have developed about 3 sores in my mouth (which look like mouth ulcers). Also, about two weeks back I had bump on my inner left thigh which got healed in a week. It was painless. It looked hair related like ingrown hair. And today I noticed a similar bump on my right inner thigh which too is painless.
Also to add, I have been diagnosed with hidradentis suppurativa in my armpits which causes lumps with pus.

So my question is, can the pus from my armpits cause similar lumps in my genitals via hand transmission?
Are the ulcers related to HIV?
Are the lumps and ulcers a sign of HSV?

It has been 3 months today since the exposure (where I was drunk). So should I get tested by now for HSV or HIV or any such STD for the matter?

Your advice is appreciated. Thanking you in advance.
Please help.

Hi, you were not exposed to any std,s from you encounters. So no testing is needed.

They would not be from the encounters you describe

So are these not related at all to herpes? (the genital lumps)

I think I might test for safety as I am very worried at this point. I'll probably visit a doctor for the recent lumps.
Thanks a lot for your reply.
