Ok here i go.I had unprotected sex in jan. of the start of this year which I highly regret already. I have felt sick about 2 or 3 times this year but havent gotten a real fever. I take advil when feelign bad and quickly leaves. I have not had any sexual partners since my last partner which was in january of the start of this year. Around the end of april i started getting this red bumps . the bumps look liek pimples, the bumps are small and can barely been seen but one or two are alot larger. I went to the doctor for addomin pains. He quickly took a look at my bumps along with my penis. I have never had anything werid or rash on my penis or the head of my penis i let him know that. He looked at it fast and said it might be herpes. He then gave me a cream called nystatin triamcino acetonide, i have applied it two times a day for about a week.and the bumps and the rash are still there  the red little bumps and lookign like pimple have now been there for way longer then a month and a half. Im going back to my doctor sometime next month... what can this be .. i was told herpes and warts did not last this long. ive had them since the end of april and they are still present .. almost done with the month july..plz help

The cream you were given was for fungal infections and also is helpful for dermatitis due to the steroid in it. At this point  if it's been a week and it's not working, you need to return to your provider for further evaluation.

The blisters then break, resulting in shallow ulcers that are very painful. These ulcers eventually crust over and slowly heal over a period of 7 to 14 days. everywhere i read it says that the syptoms arent that long.. ive had these pimple looking things for liek almost 2 months ? and the cream doesnt seem to be helping ..

Herpes symptoms do not last for 2+ months. Follow-up with your medical provider for further evaluation.
