Herpes due to unprotected oral sex with a swelling gum

Hello doctor
I received an unprotected from sex worker six weeks ago. Seventh day after that incident I got irritation on the bottom of lower lips and my lower lips got swollen after a day of irritation. Then the swelling becomes normal in couple days with dry skin comes off from my lower lips. Getting feeling of itching in genital area ever now and then for few seconds. Don't feel any issues after that. But last week got white tiny spots on either side of my upper lips. Went to see doctor he gave me fungal medication but nothing has changed. Still feeling irritations on either side of my lips joints. Six weeks gone from that incident now I developed a swollen gum. Saw the dentist he described that yellow fluid kind thing in the swelling area and prescribed me Amoxicillin. Could please help me the symptoms what I got over the six week period is due to std like herpes ?
