Herpes test results

I went to the doctors office, because I was experiencing a really bad itch in my vaginal region. Plus I had just gotten off my cycle and I noticed some bumps/legions/I don't know what to call it. I had experienced something like this before, but I didn't see a doctor about it. The doctor did a culture and took my blood. The culture came back as negative and my results were 1.10. My doctor didn't really confirm or deny anything, he just gave me his opinion, "well I think you might have herpes, but its hard to say?!?" Which was no help at all, he also said that there was no evidence of a breakout prior to what I'm experiencing now. But it looks the same as the first time, I was just uninsured & couldn't go see a doctor. I really can't describe the bumps or whatever they are all that well. They aren't raised, they didn't cause any pain, and they aren't clustered. It's like they are in a small group but separate. I had a herpes test in February and it was negative. The doctor suggested that I come back in 3 weeks. Do I have herpes? Should I go back in 3 weeks for the same possible uncertainty?

Please HELP ME!! I'm freaking out in a major way!!!

really not worth waiting and repeating testing, especially when you don't haev insurance to pay for it.

The only sexual activity that I've participated in, is oral sex, with one guy between then and now.

if you haven't had any sex since february, the results won't be higher in 3 weeks.

it's really not likely you have genital herpes to be honest.

Yes, the doctor said their was a hint of yeast & prescribed me fluconazole, I believe that's what it's called. I'm less itchy now.

Can a previous herpes ob be identified from my blood? Also if I do not have herpes, then why is my igg so high? Is that common?

The doctor suggested that I come back in 3 weeks, because he believes I have herpes and he said after 3 weeks my results should be higher. He also stated that if it's the same then most likely I don't have herpes.

herpes ob's heal so a provider wouldn't see evidence of previous ob's in the genital area while looking down there!!!

A hsv2 igg of 1.1 isn't really a positive. since this wouldn't have been a new infection for you, odds are it would've been higher if you really had it.  Not sure why they want you back in 3 weeks?

did they test you for yeast and bacterial infections vaginally when you were seen?
