Do I have herpes
Hi
I usually have itching in between the cheeks of My buttocks.
But it is usually when I get sweaty and walk around a lot.As I live in India which has a tropical climate usually.
Off late I sometimes have a tingling sensation whose exact location I am unable to figure out.
It seems that it is somewhere in the base or somewhere inside My vagina I cannot figure it out.
It is more like a sort of piercing sensation which just stays on for a few seconds.
Is it that I have herpes?
Can I get a blood test done to find out if I have ever contracted herpes?
How will I know?
I do not have that sensation right now or the itchiness between my buttocks..
But it just happens all of a sudden without warning.
Please help.

yes you can get a type specific herpes igg blood test done to know what your status is.
have you been yet for a proper exam and also testing for yeast and bacterial infections vaginally?
