oh my god i think i got herpes!!
today i woke up and felt my anus is rlly sorry and painfull
i tried to look in the mirror its quite red.. never had that pain before
and when i touch the location i feel pain severe location ,
i got blow job she didnt touch my anus.. she tried to finger me but i refused

You need to wait for 12 weeks to be conclusive.
In your case there is no need, you were not infected with herpes from this episode.

Most important question of all, do you have HSV1 or know you get oral cold sores.
Either way, your imagination is running away from you.
If you were infected genitally with herpes, then you only experience symptoms in that area or possibly in the legs. Hence the lip symptoms are completely unrelated.
If you were infected, then you'd experience as a primary infection, several painful lesions on your penis and not something that resembles a small pimple (pimples are not herpes).
You do not need testing as a result of this exposure.

symptoms are .. i saw red patch above my lips and small yellow pimples or something < i tried to scratch them and they gone and they came back next day
