Tingling from 24 hrs after til now (33 days)

So of course my concern stems from the fact that I had drunken random sex with a girl... so here is the timeline: 1-2am that morning we had vaginal, anal, and oral sex. Woke up the next morning around 11 and felt "something." By the next day I had this tingling feeling at the tip of my penis (it felt more like a cm below the tip but inside the urethra). This last for the next 7 days where I went to a doc. There was no discoloration, not sore, no bumps, but frequent urination existed and the tingling. He looked at it and put me on 2 antibiotics to rule out Chlamydia or Ghono...by the 6th day of the antibiotics it went from a 10 to a 1 in terms of tingling feeling. The interesting thing was that by the 6th day I was so upset nothing was changing that I went to the gym and did a hardcore leg workout. The tingling was a 1 for another week and a half (where I was working out consistently). Then it completely went away for a week, til last night when it was about a 1 again. That last week I did nothing but eat like crap and drink and SIT a lot for the holidays.

I am confused and worried that it could be herpes because of the tingling sensation. But I am confused because it started within a 24-48 hour period and stayed pretty consistent for the last 33 days.

Other noticeable things: When my bowels are full or I am gassy I can feel it more. Going to the bathroom (#2) makes it feel better. Working out makes it feel better. My digestion has been poor, but I was assuming it is from all of the antibiotics (soft stool consistently) because it wasn't bad before treatment.

Help??!

Thank you! I do not know a lot about STD's...and obviously trying to self diagnose is probably never good. I really appreciate your feedback. I have a doc appt tomorrow afternoon, do you suggest any other sort of testing?

Hi, you dont get symptoms the next day with any std esp with herpes. Once it enters the nerve it multiplies then travels through the nerve to the base of the spin then works its way back to the surface. Takes at least 2 or 3 days to complete the cycle. Also tingling is most often associated with a recurrent outbreak, meaning youve had one before most likely and is used as a tool determining a new outbreaks coming.
