HSV 1 Question 4 Grace & Mistake Guy

Hi. You both have been very helpful before in my past Herpes testing questions.  I tested negative March 11 for both HSV1 & HSV2 after an exposure in November.  Well, I found myself making a horrible decision Saturday night having unprotected vaginal and oral with a stranger.  She said she was clean, but I take that statement at face value.  I also found out she is married and cheating on her husband. I am fully aware of my actions and I take responsibility for the consequences.  Here are my symptoms as of yesterday. I know you cannot diagnose over a computer, however can you just let me know if this sounds like HSV-1 oral ?

I have two small white bumps in the inside of my lower lip near the crack of my mouth. They are not painful or puss filled vessicles. At the crack of my mouth, it is chapped, and cracked and a little red. Again, there are no vessicles or puss. I know anxiety plays a factor as to me expecting the worst. I am going to my dermatologist tomorrow however I really dont think there is anything to swab.  I have had the cracked skin on the side of the mouth before and the the little white bumps however tested negative for HSV1 & HSV2 in March.  Does this sound like HSV-1 ? A tear in the skin with no puss and a two small white bumps ? If so I have to accept what it is. I am aware I need a full STD panel and the timelines for them ex: HSV 12 weeks post expsoure etc.

Back from the Doctor. A little relief. Both the nurse and he both said they don't think its HSV-1 oral but rather something I cannot pronounce, nothing STI related. He cultured it just to be safe but stated "I really don't think anything is going to come back, that is my feeling". Ill be back on in a week to update.

One out of every 2-3 people you kiss has oral herpes. It doesn't take a cheating wife to transmit - even your grandma could have given you oral herpes as a kid. Oral herpes is not an STD.

Be seen for your symptoms if you're concerned. But small white bumps don't sound like herpes. Most cold sores are weepy sores that crust over and then heal.
