Herpes Concern

Exposed to HSV2 positive female over 15 weeks ago.  3-4 days after the exposure, unprotected, I suffered from discharge and minor discomfort urinating.  I also had a swollen meatus which was very red.  This was looked at by PCP and deemed an “infection” and Chlm\Gon tests were negative at that time, 5 days after.  Anti-bac was given and this reduced the issue within a week with the discharge lasting about that long, perhaps a bit longer.  I was concerned and reviewing NGU given the negative tests and HSV came up as a possibility.  I have tested every year negative both 1 and 2.  I asked the lady if she had tested, she had not and when she did test she was HSV2 positive.  I asked for the numbers, she refused to get them for further review.  About two weeks after the discharge I had a red rash, one spot, on my penis shaft just below the head.  This was looked at and deemed to not be Herpes by PCP, i have suffered from psorasis like issues before.  It was itchy and somewhat painful but never opened up, blistered or leaked fluid and lasted for almost 8 weeks before “fading”.  I tested negative for Herpes ½ at 6 weeks and again at 75 days (10 wks 5 days).  At the 10 week mark a second rash/lesion showed up close to the other one and has lasted for like 5 weeks, it also has not opened up or blistered and remains the same with a bit of “fading.”.  I have tested negative however I remain extremely concerned about what is happening.  I had a derm look at the second patch and he was rather dissmisive and said he cannot be 100% certain that it is not herpes but looking at it provides him no concern that it is that and he left the room and even said he could answer no more questions.  Does this appear like a herpes issue and should I retest or how do I move on?

Hi, this does not appear at all as a herpes outbeak. They dont last that long and once a sore comes to the surface it does open up and leak clear fluid. However, they could be very small.
Test at the 8 week mark is a good indicator so testing at 12 weeks i unlikely to  change, so if your negative at 10 weeeks, almost assuredly your negetive.

Herpes can appear as most anything but what your describing really does not appear herepes related but only testing would confirm your herpes status.

Is it possible that it was a blister and I missed it?  It was not red or anything I noticed prior to the skin falling off, I am just concerned and I want to move on from this which I am finding it very very difficult to do.

Your pimple appears more of a pimple then herpes sore. Herpes sores are most often described as a blister or razor type sore.

OK I hate to be that person but tonight I had a pimple like thing on my shaft on the opposite side of the prior penile rashes and it was rubbed off during masturbation causing the top layer of skin to fall off.....I HOPE!!!!!!!!  I am now concerned even more so than before.  I did not see a blister or anything just a little dry skin or scab and I rubbed it off.

Thank you kindly for your quick response!  At this point, should I seek one final herpes select test at this time or should I wait and perhaps do a western blot at 16 weeks to stop myself from worrying any further about this?

A person can have unprotected sex with a fresh herpes sore many times and still not contract it. And thank you as i am well.

Thank you so much for your input, I have been reading a lot on this site and your advice has been a great thing for many people and I hope you are well.  As I said, I am 15 weeks out from the exposure and I just can't seem to shake this issue to be honest.  I would like to test and be done with it but I honestly find myself thinking that even with that negative test this far out for both types I would still not truly think I am negative.  I know this is a common theme so I apologize for being another "disbeliever"
