HSV1 question??

I'm a 40 year old male. I kissed deeply (made out) with a woman whose status I don't know and received unprotected oral 3 times. Been having an itchy, weird feeling on my upper lip in a specific area on the left side for several weeks, possibly a month. It seems to come and go, but always in the same localized place. I have not had a breakout with sores and never have had a cold sore.  Not experiencing any other symptoms. Does this sound like HSV1? I should also note that I'm currently dealing with acid reflux and GERD. Not sure those symptoms would be related, but I'm concerned about HSV1.

No she did not have any visible lip sores. At this point, it's been a month since that contact with her. Thank you for the reply!

Hi, firstly if she did not have any lip sores at the time your risk for contracting hsv oral is close to zero. Secondly your lip issues would not appear herpes related as herpes doesnot have constant or intermitent tingling with out a sore developing with in a weeks time or so.
