Help: Second opinion of Herpes Test Results?

I recently had unportected oral sex with someone who was very dirty:  a sex worker in thailand. This was 21 days ago.

Herpes results are back:  All negative

I did take a PCR DNA blood test, about two weeks after exposure.  Do you think this could possibly be a false negative?

Specimen: EDTA Plasma
HSV1: Not Detected
Limit of Detection: 42 copies/mL

HSV2: Not detected
Limit of Detection: 48 copies/mL
Method: Quantitative real-time PC

I plan on taking another one tomorrow to make sure since its past the 3 week mark and my symptoms seem to be improving. What type is the most accurate? There was no lesion, sores or blisters.  I did not get a fever or have swelling of lymph nodes on genitals.

I was tested for everything else (chlamydia, Gonnorhea, Syphillis, HIV, Hepatitis) and everything came back negative, but in Thailand I have the ability to buy the antibiotics straight over the counter.

The only thing that worries me is that

My anitbiotic regimine (that I have taken since being exposed):

1.) Azithromycin 1000mg first day.  500mg next day
2.) Doxcycline 200mg twice a day/10 days (missed a few days)
3.) Shot of ceftriaxone 125 mg - This was given the day I was tested
4.) Metronidazole:  2g one time (took this two days ago)
5.)  The past two nights the pain is worse and my anxiety kills me so I have taken 1mg of xanax to help sleep.  This has helped with the pain)

The symptoms I am still suffering from is incredible sensitivity to the head of my penis (like hurts when to brush up on my underwear) and burning after peeing. Initially it burned when I urinated, but now its just after and I have a lot of dribble then pain for about 20 minutes after (I dont think there is any discharge, just pee having a tough time coming out right after I pee.  If it is discharge its watery/clear looks like pee.)   At one point it felt like there was something in my urethra, I had a dream that I pulled down my penis head and there was something stuck in there and I pulled it out.  Waking up the next day I had excruciating pain (this was about a week ago). Waiting for the herpes results over the past 10 days have been rough, I convinced that it must be that.  The antibiotic I took that helped the most was the Metronidazole.  I went to the doctor yesterday and he said he said since I still have symptoms it may be some NGU.  He wants me to take 400mg 1 dose of Cefixime with 1000mg of Metronidazole tomorrow.  He thinks this should flush any remaining bacteria out and this will cover a urinary tract infection.

I have had previous prostatitis last year that went away with cipro as well as chlamydia 10 years ago.  Do infection cause nerve damage on head of penis?

1.) Has anyone else gone through something like this?
2.) What type of herpes test should I take tomorrow? because I am not ruling that out (may be false neg.)
3.) After looking at the antibiotics I am taking, would you recommend anything else to help?

I also have not masturbated since start of pain, would this have any effect on the prostate?

Any suggestions will be appreciated!

Antibiotics wouldn't give any relief from herpes.

You need to wait 12 weeks for an igg blood test to be conclusive. Your exposure wasn't hi risk by any means. I know you've posted on thus recently and my answer stays the same. This doesn't sound like hsv. With out lesions hsv isn't realistic.

What about a PCR DNA blood test?
They are absolutely use less.
Hey so after 4 weeks the doctor gave me a blood test it ended up coming back:  Please look at the results and let me know what you think.  It was an IgM test:
HSV IGM:   OD=0.332, OD cut off =0.380, Ratio =.874 (Negative ratio  1.1, Borderline Ratio: .08- <1.1
