What can cause this?

I preformed oral sex with someone that to my understanding is std free we both are in realationships neither of our partners have any stds but is it unrealated or could i have herpes When i gave him oral sex about two days later my lips gets this raw feeling on the sides of my lips but no redness sores  or anything and my bottom teeth or gums have this tingly ticklish sensation is this std connected? Please any insight would be so apperciated

Herpes can be dormant in the human body even for life, it is STILL contagious even when it's dormant so someone can truly believe they are herpes-free when they are not and they have no idea.
