Herpes from grinding on stomach

Dr. Hansfield,

3 weeks ago, I was in a situation where a girl was grinding her vagina on my stomach near my belly button.

Two days after = I had diarrhea that lasted for two days.

Five days after = I started to feel like I had the flu.

Seven days after = my stomach where she was grinding had a burning sensation.  I went to the doctor that day and told him about the indecent and he said if it was herpes I was the most unlucky guy he ever met.  He gave me Mupirocin Ointment.

Day 7 thru day 11 = The burning in my stomach intensified and spread to my lower back and chest.  Then to my arms and legs.  During these days, I fell absolutely horrible, like the worst flu I ever had.

Day 11 = I go back to the doctor and they prescribe Doxycycline Monohydrate.  The miserable feelings continue

Day 18 = I notice a rash on both groins, between my testicles and thighs.  One the right side, there are several red bumps a few inches from the rash.

Is it possible I contracted herpes and spread it from my stomach to my groin?

Dr Handsfield is no longer here at medhelp.

That being said. I agree with your Dr's comment.. to answer your question directly. No this is not hsv. Not even close. Hsv doesn't cause any of the symptoms you had. Sure you will read it does but in fact the symptoms list is misunderstood and taken out of context. Burning sure but not in the absence of lesions or a future outbreaks past the primary outbreak. Which is prodrome symptoms. Even then burning isn't really common. My advice is to relax this is not herpes.
Your rash is very common on males. That is a hot spot for bacterial or fungal infections. Not herpes again.
