While it's possible to get herpes type 1 on your nipples, it usually only happens if the skin on your nipples is raw or broken from breastfeeding, and someone kissed or sucked them with an active sore.

Could your breasts feel tingly and hot because you are non-breastfeeding and lactating? How hot are they feeling? Perhaps it's something you should talk to your doctor about.

I just feel tingling in my breast like icy hot ithought I was exposed to the disease however I probably wasn’t but I can’t help but to think the worst before my appointment
That's understandable. When is your appointment?

Did you recently have a baby, and that's why you're still lactating? It could be discomfort from that process that your feeling. If your breast itself feels hot, call your doctor.

Yes recently had a baby
My guess is that what you are feeling is from the lactation, but definitely talk to your doctor. Let us know what happens.

I hope you feel better!
