Herpes or Molluscum contagiosum

Hello, approximately 6 months ago I had sex with a friend. Shortly after(4-5 days) I noticed itching on the right side of my groin(the area between my scrotum and leg) This itching wasn't constant and was not unbearable. I went camping that weekend and didn't pay it much attention. When I returened home i noticed that I had two or three very small bumps in the area between my leg and scrotum. They were slightly itchy but not painfull. I attempted to squeeze them. The center bump poped and a solid off white center came out. I left them alone for a day or two. I then had a slight pain and looked at them again. No noticble change. I started to notice other bumps on my pubic area that I poped as well. They all had the same off white hard center. After the center was removed they all would bleed slightly. I thought it was Molluscum contagiosum because of the type of bumps. About a week ago I noticed a large blister looking thing on my left side in my pubic area. This blister looking thing was about half the size of a pencil erasure. It itched slightly. I attempted to pop it thinking it was a bigger MC bump but once poped there was no hard off white center. The lack of the center and size of the bump has gotten me nurvis. I have also noticed in the past month a general itching in the groin. This itching is not precistant and not in the same spot. I've also notice increased smell and moisture in that area.
I guess my questions are whether or not Herpes can bring out MC bumps and can this be something besides my worst fear? What do you think about what was discribed...
Thanks for reading

I have unprotected sex over 14 months ago, about 4 months or more ago I had one white pimple type bump on the shafts of my penis, within 2 months I have a few more and some pin prick type sensation, the bumps are hard small and white, and not really noticeable unless I am erect, they do not turn into open wounds or cuts, recently I was able to pop one and a hard white plug/ core/ root came out and left a tiny crater that has seemed to heal, once the core or plug is removed the tingling stopped, is this herpes? Or worse

mc doesn't present as a blister.

definitely way past time to be seen and to deal with this properly. if this was unprotected sex, be sure to follow up with full std testing too to cover your bases.

Could MC not have a node in the center?

Well, herpes sore look like they have a white center in ulcer stage. But plain pimples also have a "white center".

having a herpes outbreak along with MC would be statistically unlikely, although certainly not impossible. MC is very characteristic, anyone who treats STD will be able to diagnose it.

What are the chances of getting both at the same time or having MC bumps and herpes bringing them out!?

Yeah but what do you think about the bump without the off white center?

This could be a number of things going on. Herpes sores won't have a poppable white center - that sounds more like a folliculitis.
Anyway, be seen by a doctor to get answers. If they suspect herpes, make sure they swab it and type it.
