Lost confused scared

Doctor,
2 Months ago I had sex with this girl from a party I met. She was very sexy and I asked before we took off the clothes was she DDF including HIV- Negative. We had unprotected oral sex and during the end of it we had an unexpected visit that made us leave. A few weeks ago my sac or whatever it is called got red and itched along with my area around my penis. I scratched the area of my sac and noticed when looking in a mirror that magnifies that the area was white a little and the scratched area look like I removed some skin it didn't hurt but looked wet almost. I left it alone and went along then a few weeks later to today my sac is red it itches I scratched looked in the mirror again and the skin looks red with white and the area has some wetness look to it. It kind of burns right now. I was not sure if it was a cut or anything so I put some Listerine the mouthwash on it and at first it didn't hurt but then it burned a few seconds later. Not sure what to do I waited about an hour and tried again but this time with alcohol to see if it burned at first. I did it again and nothing for a few seconds then burning. Does this mean I have herpes? I read online it does. I have read the forums looking for an answer but all I see is to go to my doc. I live in an area where doctors are not open on weekends and unless I go to the ER I doubt I will get seen until Monday.  Dos this sound like herpes to you?  The girl says she got tested a long time ago and there was only one other guy she had sex with before me and she said she has no STD's.  PLEASE help me! Do you think I need to get tested? I had one a year ago with no sexual contact since then she was the first and my results were all negative including herpes because the person i stopped dating selpt around a lot and it was 6 months after my last sex with her and the test so I know I am negative.

then find a different provider who can better help you if your regular doctor isn't sure about what is going on.

Help again please gracefromHHP

About 4 days ago my top lip was burning and I thought nothing of it. I noticed some small bumps inside my mouth but ignored it they went a way a day later but I do have some small bumps on the sides of my lips feel burning every now and then and my lips still burn off and on. But last night my throat was sore and I brushed my teeth and used this mouth wash which I usually don't use in a while and I noticed that my tongue was burning but only the top part of the tongue that is the first to go out and it looked like red spots in certain places. Does this mean I have oral herpes?  My doctor said he doesn't know much about herpes to give me an honest thought when I saw him. Help please help.

any open wound that you put alcohol or a high alcohol based product on is going to burn.  doesn't mean you have herpes.

bottom line is - you need to be seen about this.  it doesn't sound like herpes but obviously something bothersome is going on so you need a proper evaluation.
