Herpes scar?

I am a 22 year old heterosexual male who has only had unprotected oral sex (all other sexual encounters i used a condom for).
Recently my friend noticed that i had two scar like spots on the bottom side of my penis, there was never any discharge or pain just a mild itching from dryness. However now I noticed that there is a second spot on the topside of my penis and ithad also scarred over without getting swollen or discharging..
I am concerned that it is herpes but hope that it is due to hair growing on the follocles as i have very tight and sensitive skin....

some photos are from before when it was flakey. Now they are larger but less dried..

Do you get oral cold sores? Have you ever tested for HSV1?

I have never had an std and i dont think  she had either, she definitely didnt have an open sore at the time.

i dont want to be overly optimistic but part of me feels like its contact dermatitis psoraisis eczema or a fungal/ jock itch situation based on researching other links and images.

i am getting tested in two weeks but am not sure if its more immediately needed....

my understanding is not showering or cleaning after unprotected sex can also cause a drying out and i have not been very vigorous in my personal hygine..

I would pursue a diagnosis for this, it really could be any of the above!
