Herpes?, yeast infection? Something else?

IThis may be a long post but i need answers dearly. Its complete mind boggoling for the past 3-4 months for me.

I had sexual intercourse with a sex worker (woman)sometime at the end of augest 2017.i am a male 26 yrs old
About 2 days after i had sex with the woman i started getting flu like symtoms for about a week. After the flu like symtoms i had a loss of appetite for a week and i started losing weight. I then noticed after the 2 week mark i had some time of scab on my penis head, not the forskin but the acual head of the penis.
I then knew something was wrong. I went to the docs and they took a swab of it but nothing came back, then i ended up getting tested for HIV, gon, chly, hep ABC, and syphillis. All came back negitive
Rash went away about a week later.
Doc gave me valtrex 10 day treatment for herpes.
About 2 weeks go by and my testicals start hurting also the tip of my penis started to tingle really bad. I didnt think anything of it but the pain wouldnt go away for atleast a month and a half. So i went to the docs and they prescribed me cipro for 10 days also flagyl 1 time dosage (4 pills)
Got tested for HIV , gon, cly, hep ABC, and syphillis again, and nothing all non reactive.
The tingling has gone down but its still there, sometimes it burns when i pee, also my back has been itchy and i have some type of rash on my back, under my ribs and ontop of my hands.
Ive taken my 3 month tests too all non reactive, pls help current symtoms tingling penis tip, testicals hurt, small red pimple like on penis head, sometimes dry and cracked penis head. rash on back hands and arms, hot burning like stomach pain.
