Herpes??

Hello

Okay now, I have noticed that on my penis head has like 3 tiny bump the color of the penis head.  I go over them with my finger to see if I can feel the bump but they so not feel bumpy at all it's as if it is smooth as the penis head. When the penis is erect, you can't  really tell that the bumps are there, looks like as the penis erects the bumps shrink.  They are not clustered on top of each other at all but are somewhat close to one another.  They do not hurt, itch, or pain whatsoever.  I had unprotected sex with a girl about a month and a half ago that I trust dearly and would have told me if she has something.  I masturbated today and saw that that bumps look irritated and turned red but after a couple of minutes they changed back to the color of the head.  Now my question is does this sound like herpes symptoms I have had them for about 4 days now and no symptoms whatever?  What other things can this sound like?

Thank you

I have trusted every partner in my life.  Some do not know they have herpes and that's how it could be spread.
My herpes started with a rash sensation and a bump a few days later.
I'm not certified in this, so wait for Grace to give her opinion.
I would say it was a sore and hurt to be tested.
