Do I have herpes or any sort of STD??

To keep the long story short I had a one night stand with a sex worker last month of October 19th. I had unprotected oral receiving but I did not give. Afterwards I used a condom during vaginal sex. 1-2 week after exposure I did not experience any blisters or sores, but I did get some paper cut between my scrotum and upper left leg. I figure it was a small injury from leg work out from gym. I was paranoid that it was herpes so I shaved my pubic hair for the first time with one of my razors. I have learned you are supposed to use a new razor when you shave your pubic hair. I obviously developed ingrown hair above my penis area.  After that day it healed and my days would pursue like normal.

It has been a little over 1 month and of November 29, 2012 I have getting random itches on my scrotum I figure it was jock itch and bought OTC cream and put it on, but however it did not work. The itches are random then it would go away.

I went to a clinic yesterday to get checked up on my scrotum and the doctor said that I had some sort of fungal problem so he prescribed me with Lotrisone cream. I only used it for the day and I seem to be okay but the next following day I get random itches. I noticed on my scrotum that I have cracked skin something that looks like chapped lips and that pain is similar to that. However as of November 30th I noticed some small bumps on my right side of my scrotum, you can only see the bumps if I squeeze my left testicle. They look kinda like goosebumps but they can be red if I start scratching. Am I just being very paranoid or having such high anxiety? I have nothing on my penis except on the bottom of the shaft and scrotum. Here are some pictures.

we don't look at pictures here. why not is explained in our read before posting post on the forum.

you were seen by a trained medical provider who gave you a diagnosis of a fungal infection. It takes far more than 1 day of use of cream to take care of it. continue to use it as ordered until the rash has been gone for a week.  The cream you were given also contains a topical steroid which can be overly irritating to the genital area so if in a few days of use your rash gets worse, might want to switch to an otc jock itch cream or powder instead.
