Why do i still have bumps?

I did mutual masturbation a few months ago, stroked a mans penis and then stroked mine right after until ejaculation.  2 or 3 weeks later a skin colored red like bump developed, went into my school clinic and after a quick look i was told it was an ingrown hair.  I never checked for a hair tho and there never was any pus it was kinda hard and ddidnt hurt.  Took about 4 weeks to gradually disappear.  Then 2 weeks later i had a folliculitis issue in my pubic region that erupted blood.  It kinda hurt for 3 days and then it all disappeared quickly and i had it swabbed and it was negative but i felt like it got swabbed too late, like 2 days after and it was dry blood.  Then weeks later again i had another ingrown hair and in the same spot as the last one except this one looked like an ingrown hair more, like a little yellow bump and i saw the hair in it.  It mustve popped like 3 days later without me noticing and i could see the hair now.  Then a few weeks later again i had 2 dark red areas on my butt.  One on the left cheek and one on the right.  They felt sore to sit on for 3 days and then became unoticable.  Its been about 2 weeks and the red spots are still there.  They almost look like a bug bite or something and i never saw any pus from it.  Then 2 weeks later i could feel another developing but only seemed to last one day and i havent checked to see if its still there yet.  Both times these happened were after a bonfire/bbq and it was hot out and lots of bugs flying around and then i didnt shower until the day after.  And then 2 days ago i had another bump.  It was yellow and inflammed.  I only noticed because i was about to shower.  It was on the right side of my shaft and idk if it was ingrown hair not.  I only noticed it for that day, i checked on it at the end of the day and the bump was gone but the area was still kind of red and didnt really hurt anymore.  Very confused.  Ive also tested negative 2 days after, and 72 days after for blood test and a neg swab at 4 weeks.  84 days would be about 12 weeks.  I plan to test 16 weeks which is about a month for now just to ease my mind.  But i dont understand these bumps.  Ive never had bumps on my penis until my sexual contact.  Im only 17 also so idk if hormones has anything to do with it?  I just want to know what theses bumps could be if not herpes.  Im trying my best to believe its not herpes.  Ive never had any typical symptoms, never any flu or dishcharge or painful urination.  And ive never had more than one bump on my penis at a time.  Any feedback would be helpful and highly appreciated thanks.
