Im 16 years old and i think i have herpes. I havent told anyone but my older brother and im really scared. Im still a virgin and the only thing ive ever done was get a blow job from a girl and just make out with girls . thats it. i dont know if i could of gotten it from the girl that gave me a blow job and if thats even possible or if i made out with someone that had herpes and i got it from them. i have dots on my penis i dont know what they are or what there called but they are on each side of my penis. i get cold sores and in the inside of my top lip in my mouth it sometimes hurts when i rub it hard with my tongue or tooth.there is little dots in there too i think. little one though. i chew tobbacco so idk if its form that too maybe. please help me out though

you need a proper exam and diagnosis. we are limited by what we can do to help  you here on line. At this point it's all in your hands to get answers.

sounds like jock itch. see a doctor and find out for sure.

and but i i also have little dots on my testicles all over them. little dots you can feel them a little and then they come up to my penis and you can feel those for cause there are a few that are a little bigger. they go all the way up to the head but since im not circumsized there not on the head but on the skin. but the more they go up the more they fade.
i also used to get this like big pimples under my testicles on my leg kinda like under my but and it would hurt so id pop it and puss would come out and blood. it that bad ? i havent gotten one in a while but the skin is still there like when i touch it its it feels weird and its like a little hole ?
sorry for all the questions i just been so scared my whole life and didnt know who to ask for help. but thank you for all your help.

honestly at your age, they are more likely to be jock itch than anything  especially considering your limited sexual experience so far ( and trust me - that's a good thing and i"m not saying that just because I"m a mom either! ).    Follow up to confirm but this doesn't sound std related from your description of them.

ok im gonna see my doctor sometime this week. when you said that those bumbs can be anything like did you mean anything serious or what? like another disease ? and also what would happen if i didnt see a doctor about herpies ? is that bad if i just didnt do anything about it untill i was older ? and could i live a pretty normal life if i had herpies ?

While the forum focuses on Herpes I do want to take a few minutes out to look at a major health concern.  Tobacco is something you really should back a way from.  There is far more damage that can be done with tobacco then with Herpes.  Various types of cancers and mouth problems.  I would advise that you look into getting yourself away from tobacco right away.  Given your age it is a lot easier now then it will be when you are 40+ years old and been told you have cancer because of this habit.  

With regards to your concerns.  If you have HSV-1 orally (cold sores) then the chances of you catching HSV-1 genitally is extremely rare and low.  Your body has an immune response to HSV-1 now so its not as easy to get in.  If that is what you have is a true cold sore.  Given that you don't sound sure of it I would recommend the following be done.

Seek out your doctor and have them look you over to tell you what they see on your genitals.  Bumps can be anything and these bumps you have could truly be anything.  You would need to be seen by a doctor.  If you can't see your doctor contact your local Health Department and ask for a Free/Low cost STD clinic in your area that you can go and visit.  They will have a good list or even they themselves will look you over.  I would also suggest this when you think you are getting a cold sore to have them look at it and confirm it is a cold sore for you or some other mouth problem.
