Not sure?

A little over 2 weeks ago had unprotected sex with a woman I did not know. The next few days started itching all over my groin area and scrotum eventually leading to my shaft after a week. Saw many pictures of herpes and could not tell if that is what I have. I thought it was Jock Itch, but I got tested anyway. It came back Hsv 1 IgG 1.48 is positive and Hsv2 IgG <0.91 I have no clue what that means.
Is it to early to know for sure?
Do herpes itch?
I am scheduled to se my doctor on monday.

Itching by itself is indicative more of a yeast/fungal or bacterial infection. Truly you should have your symptoms checked out - all of those ailments can be tested by swab. A blood test doesn't necessarily define actual symptoms.

Looking at pics on the net does you no good. There wasn't a one that looked like my genital herpes outbreak.

Itching is a sign of many things, including herpes. HSV2 shows negative. However, two weeks is too soon to say its definite. The IGG test needs more time before its definite. Talk more with your doctor on Monday.
