scared

So about a week ago I had sex ! Unprotected. About to days ago a white bump appeared by the opening of my vagina. I kinda freaked out and I iced and stuff. It doesn't  itch unless I touch it, it does not burn when I use the bathroom. I looked at it today and now it looks a little reddish. I'm not sure if it turning blisterly. I'm 19 ! And Im scared to tell my parents. So i'm waiting to get the money to get tested on my own.  But its one bump. Almost last week before I had sex it would be itchy in the spot where the bump is at and I was scratch it with a huge amount of force and I would let a great amount of water run on it for a long period of time.
Any hints on what it could be

Herpes presents in a number of ways beyond what people consider "typical."

However, if your bump started with symptoms before your sexual encounter, then it could not have been caused by that sexual encouter.

Hi, of course only testing would confirm, but since that area was irritated before you had sex it would not be related to the act and it does not appear as a herpes sore as they are not puss filled. Seems like a simple pimple.
With herpes sores, its most often starts with one clear sore that opens and spreads the virus to the immediate surrounding area in a cluster type formation.
