Outbreaks in a new location.

I was diagnosed with HSV2 nearly 30 years.  When I have had outbreaks, 99.9% of the time they have been in my back, right side.  This week, I have had a suspicious "bump", but on my left side.  Do occurences sometimes change sides?   After 30 years, this is a bit of a curve for me.  Thanks in advance, Henry

This is more or less a small singular "bump".   It has minimal tenderness, may be fluid filled, I can't tell.  It is in the seam of my buttocks, but on the left side, vs. the right where I normally have my occurences.

Where exactly are these outbreaks? Where exactly on your back?
